Doris Noland

Doris Long Noland, 95, of Stanford, KY, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 4, 2025. Born on August 29, 1929 in Stanford to the late Walter and Nettie Clark Long. She is the widow to the late Perry Noland. She is a member of Hebron Lakeside Church in Stanford.

She is survived by five sons, Gary Noland (Susan), Gip Noland (Jackie), Greg Noland, Jerry Noland (Annette) and Steve Noland (Sherri); eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Perry Noland; parents, Walter and Nettie Clark; and four brothers, Walter Long, Fred Long, Bill Long and Harold Long.

A one-day service will be held at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Bro. Vola Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery in Stanford, KY.

Active Pallbearers are Nick Noland, Gary J. Noland, Mike Long, Craig Noland, Courtney Noland and Joe Berry.

Honorary Pallbearers are Brandon Noland, Samuel Noland and Katie Poppet.
