Erma Spradlin Powell

Erma Spradlin Powell, 77, of Stanford, KY passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center in Danville, KY. Born on January 8, 1942 in Pine Knot, KY to the late Jessie Spradlin and Rose Cordell Spradlin. Erma was avid flower gardener and loved decorating, especially decorating her home. She recently gave her heart and accepted Jesus Christ as her personal lord and savior.

Survivors include one son, Harold Jackson Ryan II (Mila Milagros) of Florida; one daughter, Cathy Hill (Greg) of Stanford, KY; two brothers, Clay Spradlin of Science Hill, KY and Wendell Spradlin of Richmond, KY; two sisters, Shelba Spradlin of Dayton, OH and Wanda Spradlin of Crystal River,Florda; nine grandchildren including Lily and Trevor; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie G. Powell; and three brothers, James "JB" Spradlin, Lee Roy Spradlin and Darrell Spradlin.

A private family service and burial will take place at Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
