Jewell B. Payton Patterson Obituary (1941

Jewell B. Payton Patterson, 74, of Stanford, KY passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Christian Care Center in Lancaster. Born May 6, 1941 in Casey County, KY to the late Daniel Wesley and Katie Rose Crawley Payton, she was the widow of the late Cash Patterson, Jr., and was also a Christian who loved the Lord. Survivors include three sons; Steve Patterson (Karen) of Stanford, KY, Gregory Scott Patterson of Nicholasville, KY, and Ricky Aaron Patterson of Stanford, KY, one daughter; Beverly Carol Brock of Waynesburg, KY, three brothers; Estill Payton (Wanda), David Payton (Linda), and Bobby Payton (Diane) all of Hustonville, KY, ten grandchildren; Nicholas Patterson, Katie Sparks, Kristin Williams, Jessica Newcomb, Rachel Newcomb, Ellie Patterson, Savannah Martin, Connor Patterson, Brady Patterson, and Riley Patterson, two great-grandchildren; Oden Sparks and Easton Martin, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son; Larry Wayne Patterson, one daughter; Lisa Ann Newcomb, and two brothers; Luke Payton and Marshall Payton. A one day service has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm with funeral service beginning at 1pm. Brother Wayne Galloway will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery in Stanford.
