Kendra Nicole "Nikki" Coulter Obituary (1979 - 2018)

Kendra Nicole "Nikki" Coulter, 39, of Danville, KY passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. She was born on August 29, 1979 in Danville, KY to Mike Brummett (Penny) and Trena Adams (Danny) both of Lancaster, KY, she was a 1997 graduate of Boyle County High School, and attended Eastern Kentucky University where she studied nursing. Nikki enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, taking care of her grandparents, and in her spare time loved shopping and collecting purses. She was a member of Perryville Baptist Church and attended Junction City First Christian Church. In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Timmy Coulter; her step-daughter, Sidney "Madi" Coulter; one brother, Derek Brummett; all of Danville, KY, two step-brothers, Deric Smith of Lexington, KY and Matt Hendry of Missouri; two step-sisters, Shannon Adams of Hustonville, KY, and Melissa Holt of Perryville, KY; her maternal grandfather, Clysten Elder of Danville, KY; two nieces, Gracie & Rylee Brummett of Danville, KY; her aunt, Lucy Elder of Danville, KY; and many friends whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jerry and Jean Brummett; maternal grandmother, Clara Elder; an aunt, Sharon McCarty; and two uncles, Scott Brummett and Delbert Elder. Visitation will be Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Junction City First Christian Church from 5-9pm. Funeral service will be 11am Monday, September 10, 2018 at the church with Reverends John Westerfield and Gary Durham officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery in Danville. Casket bearers will be: Brandon Miller, Jeremy Brummett, Taylor McCarty, Deric Smith, Shane Lopez, Joey Brummett, and Mark Wilson. Honorary bearers are: Brice Gibson, Doug Elder, Robbie Williams, Gracie Brummett, Rylee Brummett, Sidney "Madi" Coulter, and EMRMC Critical Care Nursing Staff. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to the American Cancer Society.
