Loretta Sue Muse Obituary (1948 - 2018)

Loretta Sue Muse, 69, of Stanford, KY passed away on Thursday, January 04, 2018 at home. Born February 27, 1948 in Stanford, KY to the late Loyd Tucker and Anna Marie West Tucker, she was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, and worked as a disability claim examiner for the state of Kentucky. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Tony Muse of Stanford, KY; two sons, Shane Muse, and David Muse (Chasity) both of Stanford, KY; two daughters, Lara Muse (Eric Boswell) of Somerset, KY, and Rachel Whisenant (Michael) of Danville, KY; one sister, Dorothy Greer (Dewayne) of Stanford, KY; nine grandchildren, Cade Muse, Weston Muse, Ivy Boswell, Tori Whisenant, Gabriel Whisenant, Elijah Whisenant, Chloe Whisenant, Samuel Whisenant, and River Whisenant (was expecting her 10th grandchild); and several nieces and nephews. A private family visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 4-7pm at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford. A private funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Gary King officiating. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery in Stanford.
