Luis Santos, Jr. "Papo", 64, of Stanford, KY passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Ft. Logan Hospital in Stanford. Born on February 25, 1960 in Chicago, IL to the late Luis and Raquel Menedez Santos.

Survivors include his wife, Streta Santos of Stanford; one son, Michael R. Smalley; four grandchildren, Chloe C. Smalley, Mariah Santos, Dominique Santos and Romeo Santos; four sisters, Rose I. Mendez and Lydia M. Ogletree (William); Nilda I. Santos, and Yolanda Bruce; two brothers, Guillermo L. Santos (Rosana) and Orlando E. Santos (Lauren); brother-in-law, Robert Happke; ex-brother-in-law, William G. Tiller; very close family friend, Eduardo Montalvo; and a host of nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Raquel Santos; father-in-law, Kenneth E. Davis; mother-in-law, Catherine V. Davis; two sons, Bradley N. Santos and Christopher Smalley; two sisters, Luisa E. Happke and Lydia Torres; and two brothers-in-law, Kelvin M. Bruce and James V. Paolini.

No services are scheduled at this time. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
