Wayne Roberts

Wayne Roberts, 72, of Hustonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at VA Lexington Healthcare. Born on July 12, 1949 in Manchester, KY to the late Stanley and Bonnie Roberts. He was the widower to the late Dianne Perkins Roberts. He worked in construction for most of his life. Wayne cherished the times he and Diane were able to visit the Smokey Mountains. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include two brothers, William Roberts of Manchester, KY and Randy Roberts (Alma) of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianne Roberts; parents, Stanley and Bonnie Roberts; and one brother, Delbert Roberts.

A one-day service has been scheduled for Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Louis Goode officiating. Burial will follow at K.P. Hall Cemetery in Kings Mountain, KY.
